PARISH MISSION: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday

March 7th, 8th and 9th at 7:00 p.m.

Fr. John Canary is the Vicar General of the Archdiocese will lead our Parish Mission this year. Fr. Canary has served as Vicar General for three years. Prior to his work in diocesan administration, he was on the seminary faculty as Rector, Dean of Formation and Spiritual Director. In those positions, he focused on teaching seminarians not just how to pray, but the need to ground their ministry in faith.

He has preached retreats around the country and offered insight into ways to connect the spiritual life with life’s activities. He knew he was preparing parish priests and not cloistered monks; he understands the tension of trying to be a spiritual person in the midst of life.
